Kuler Achar is a traditional pickling preserve made from fresh spices, kul (sugar) and natural preservatives. It is prepared in natural wooden cruets to retain its colour, taste and flavour. The pickle is very popular among the locals of Assam, North Eastern States and Bengal. Kuler Achar is seasonal and is available only during the months of January to March.
